It is still warm here in the state of Alabama, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting to rush the Fall weather! I love watching the leaves turn, cover up our yard (we have TONS of trees), feeling the brisk wind kick up, and wearing cozy boots, jeans, and sweaters. So far we’ve only had one week of that but it’s gotten hot again and I am missing it.
It was during our cooler weather that I was ready to taste the Fall, so I got busy making a little something with ingredients I already had on hand. Pumpkin Spice Honey Cream Cheese! I didn’t make the cream cheese from scratch of course, so that makes this a whole lot easier than boiling a pot of water. Okay, maybe not THAT easy, but its simple enough! I ended up pairing the cream cheese with Pumpkin Spice Thomas English muffins for a true pumpkin-y experience! This would go great with any plain or sweet muffin or bagel!
1 Brick of cream cheese, softened
2 TBSP honey
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
A smidgen of nutmeg
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, stir and fold ingredients until combined. Spread on anything you want and that’s it! Enjoy!
As always, I appreciate any comments, questions, thoughts, and ideas.
Thank you so much for looking, now go spread the YUM!
